- 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey, plus extra for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prep & Season Pears: Place pear halves on a baking dish, cut side up. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bake Pears: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until pears are tender but still hold their shape.
- Top & Drizzle: Top with blueberries, raspberries, blue cheese, and walnuts. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.

- Pear Choice: Use firm, ripe Bosc or Anjou pears. If they are too soft, they will turn mushy when roasted.
