Instructions
- Make the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, 3 tbsp buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined (don’t over-mix).
- Assemble the Smash Tacos: Scoop a portion of the chicken mixture and spread it directly onto one side of a tortilla. Press it down with your hands until the meat almost reaches the edges. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Cook the Tacos: Heat a griddle or large non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, spray or lightly oil the surface. Place the tacos meat-side down in the pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula to sear the meat. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until tortillas are golden and the meat is cooked through.
- Make the Ranch Slaw: In a large bowl, toss together the shredded romaine, grated carrots, and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Assemble & Serve: Drizzle extra buffalo sauce over each taco, then top with a generous scoop of ranch slaw. Serve immediately and enjoy!
