Ingredients

1 store-bought flatbread dough.

1 ripe firm pear sliced.

1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola.

1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

2 cups fresh arugula.

2 tbsp olive oil.

1 tbsp balsamic glaze.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425F and roll out the dough on a baking sheet.

Drizzle dough with 1 tbsp olive oil then layer pear slices cheese and walnuts.

Toss arugula with remaining oil salt and pepper in a small bowl.
