Ingredients

1.5 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined.

Instructions

Toss shrimp with spices and sear in olive oil for 3-4 minutes then remove.

In the same pan, simmer orzo in chicken stock for 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

Stir in tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives.

Mix in lemon juice, olive oil, and feta cheese.

Return shrimp to the pan and garnish with fresh basil.
