Ingredients

1 cup (60 g) freeze-dried raspberries

1/2 cup (50 g) powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Prep Berries: Pulse freeze-dried raspberries in a blender until finely ground.

Melt: Microwave white chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals until smooth.

Mix: Stir in raspberry powder and rosewater until combined.

Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
