Ingredients

1 can cannellini beans, rinsed

1/4 cup olive oil

1 sprig fresh rosemary

8 garlic cloves (divided)

1/2 lemon (juice and zest strips)

1/2 tsp paprika

1 ice cube

Salt and black pepper
Instructions

Infuse 1/4 cup oil with rosemary, lemon strips, and 4 whole garlic cloves for 2 mins.

Add beans and warm for 4 mins. Discard rosemary and lemon strips.

Blend beans, oil, and garlic with lemon juice and an ice cube until smooth.

Fry sliced garlic with paprika in 1 tbsp oil until golden and crispy.

Spoon dip into a bowl, top with the crispy garlic and oil. Serve immediately.
