Ingredients

  • 1 can cannellini beans, rinsed

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

  • 8 garlic cloves (divided)

  • 1/2 lemon (juice and zest strips)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 ice cube

  • Salt and black pepper


Instructions

  1. Infuse 1/4 cup oil with rosemary, lemon strips, and 4 whole garlic cloves for 2 mins.

  2. Add beans and warm for 4 mins. Discard rosemary and lemon strips.

  3. Blend beans, oil, and garlic with lemon juice and an ice cube until smooth.

  4. Fry sliced garlic with paprika in 1 tbsp oil until golden and crispy.

  5. Spoon dip into a bowl, top with the crispy garlic and oil. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For the smoothest dip, blend for at least 2 full minutes.
