Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts.

1 cup baby spinach.

1/2 cup roasted red peppers.

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

1 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions
:

Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish.
