- 6–8 rice paper sheets
- Olive oil or cooking spray (for frying)
- Edible flowers or sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix whipped feta, pistachios, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper until smooth.
- Soften the Rice Paper: Dip each rice paper sheet into warm water for 5–10 seconds until soft. Transfer to a clean surface.
- Assemble the Parcels: Spoon ~1.5 tbsp filling into center. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly to form a sealed parcel.
- Garnish (Optional): Top with an edible flower or sesame seeds.
- Cook the Parcels: Air-fryer (200°C/392°F for 6–8 mins until golden/glassy) or Pan-fry (heat olive oil, fry both sides until crisp/golden).
- Serve: Enjoy warm with lemon wedges, hot honey, or a yogurt-herb dip.
