Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry.

1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped.

1/4 cup artichoke hearts chopped.

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan.

1/8 cup cream cheese softened.

1/4 cup mayonnaise.

1 clove garlic minced.

Red pepper flakes and black pepper.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix spinach artichokes cheeses mayonnaise and garlic until well combined.

Cut puff pastry in half and spread the mixture over one half then top with the other.

Cut into 6 long strips and twist each into a swirl shape then tuck the ends.

Brush with a simple egg wash for a professional golden-brown finish.

Bake for 25 minutes until puffed and crispy then serve warm.
