Ingredients

1 baguette 20 inches.

6 large eggs.

4 halal beef sausages.

1/2 cup sharp cheddar shredded.

1/2 cup mozzarella shredded.

1/2 cup milk.

2 diced scallions.

2 tbsp melted butter.

Garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with foil.

Cook halal sausages in a pan then slice into rounds.

Cut a V-shaped trench in the baguette and remove the inside bread.

Brush the inside of the baguette trench with melted butter.

Whisk eggs and milk then stir in cheeses scallions and spices.

Pour the egg mixture into the baguette and top with sausage rounds.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are fully set.

Let rest for 10 minutes then slice into boats and serve warm.
