Ingredients

110g butter.

140g flour.

4 eggs.

150g Gorgonzola dolce.

120g cream cheese.

2 firm pears.

2 tbsp brown sugar.

Instructions

Boil milk water and butter then stir in flour to form a smooth dough.

Cool slightly then beat in eggs one at a time until glossy and smooth.

Pipe 4cm rounds and bake at 200C for 25 minutes until golden and hollow.

Sauté pear slices in butter and sugar with cinnamon until sticky.
