Instructions

Blend pistachios olive oil and reserved bean liquid for 1 minute until smooth.

Add garbanzo beans tahini cumin lemon garlic and ice to the processor.

Blend for 2 minutes until creamy and scrape down the sides as needed.

Taste and adjust the seasoning or tahini to your preference.
