- Optional Homemade Dough: 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour, ½ cup cold butter, cubed, ⅓ teaspoon salt, 1 medium egg, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon ice water
Instructions
- Make Dough (if using homemade): Follow steps to make and chill dough.
- Assemble the Tart: Preheat oven to 395°F (200°C). Sprinkle shredded Gruyère evenly over the tart base. Arrange pear slices on top. Add dollops of crumbled Gorgonzola across the surface. Scatter chopped walnuts and torn basil leaves evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Finish and Serve: Drizzle warm tart with honey. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
