Description

A delicious, rich No Bake Black Forest Cheesecake with a dark chocolate crust, a fluffy cream cheese layer, and a generous topping of cherry pie filling and fresh cherries. The perfect easy, chilled dessert!

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (Oreos or digestives)

  • 1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling or fresh cherry compote

Instructions

  1. Prepare Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.

  2. Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

  3. Chill Filling: Spread filling over the crust. Chill for 1 hour.

  4. Top & Finish: Spoon cherry compote over the top. Pile fresh cherries and chocolate curls on top. Chill until firm, about 3–4 hours. Slice and serve.
