Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5–6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Build the Flavor: Stir in the minced garlic, diced onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha. Cook for another 2 minutes until onions are soft and mixture is fragrant.
- Add Crunch: Mix in the water chestnuts and green onions. Sauté for 1–2 more minutes, just until warmed through.
- Assemble: Trim the base of the lettuce head and separate the leaves. Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each leaf, taco-style.
- Serving Tip: Serve immediately while warm. Optionally garnish with sesame seeds or more green onion.
