Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1/2 cup raspberry jam

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions

Roll out cold puff pastry and spread with jam.

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Roll into a log and shape into a circle/wreath on parchment paper.
