- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven & Dough: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circle on parchment paper.
- Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, herbs, salt, and pepper until creamy and well mixed.
- Spoon & Fold: Spoon the mixture evenly around the base of the dough circle. Fold the triangle tips over the filling and tuck them underneath to form a sealed ring.
- Bake: Brush the entire ring with the beaten egg and sprinkle with extra fresh herbs. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, spoon cranberry sauce over the top, and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs. Let cool slightly before serving.

- Filling Moisture: Use well-drained, shredded turkey and ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a perfectly creamy, non-runny filling.
