2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp tomato paste

1/2 juice lemon juice

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

1/2 tsp kosher salt


Instructions

Preheat your stove burner line setting out a sharp chef knife tool and cutting raw steak against the grain into thin strips.

Toss the raw meat strips inside a bowl with kosher salt and cornstarch powder until every fiber is coated uniformly in a velvet film.
