Instructions

Mince 6 garlic cloves 1 inch of ginger root 1 shallot bulb and 2 green chilies together across your board until a fine paste forms.

Rinse 1 pound of shelled mussel meats inside a bowl of cold tap water to eliminate remaining debris tipping the pieces into a colander to drain.

Heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil inside a wide skillet pan over medium-high heat stir-frying the minced aromatic pulp for 60 seconds until fragrant.
