Ingredients

250 g block feta cheese

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 cloves fresh garlic

2 tsp mixed peppercorns

3 sprigs fresh herbs

1/4 tsp red chili flakes

1 tsp fresh lemon zest
Instructions

Slice feta cheese into uniform cubes or blocks.

Place feta cubes into a clean glass jar or container.

Add crushed garlic cloves whole peppercorns and fresh herb sprigs.

Pour extra virgin olive oil over cheese until fully submerged.

Cover container tightly and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to liquefy oil.
